Public Relations and Involvement

EnviroSystems Management, Inc. Public Relations (ESMpr) works with municipalities, counties, and government agencies to reach out to the communities they serve. These services can all be implemented in a large scale public outreach effort or used selectively to reach specific affected publics.




• Press Releases - Project information is distributed to the affiliate television stations, area newspapers, and Public Information Officer(s) as necessary. These press releases provide any and all relevant information to the local media. Strong media relations ensure press coverage for ongoing projects.
  
  
• Public Service Announcements - Local radio stations broadcast free Public Service Announcements (PSAs) throughout the project duration.
  
  
• Radio Advertisements - Paid advertisements are guaranteed radio play during peak hours. We run advertisements on major radio stations prior to any project milestones.
  
  
• Newspaper Advertisements - Our design team generates print notices which run in major local newspapers at the frequency required by the project.
  
  
• Public Meetings - Public meetings, open houses, and focus groups are held to involve and educate the public. ESMpr hosts public meetings and presentations and provides input gathering tools.
  
  
• Dedicated Hotline - ESMpr provides a project-dedicated hotline connected to qualified staff project during regular working hours. After hours, the calls are directed to a project-dedicated recording which provides the listener with current project information and allows the caller to provide feedback.
  
  
• Door-to-Door Campaigns - ESMpr's professionals distribute information to residents and businesses directly affected by the project. ESMpr and the project team will generate a list of affected parties.
  
  
• Project Newsletters - Project newsletters to include pertinent information regarding the project and are made available to the public at anytime.
  
  
• www.yourproject.com - ESMpr acquires project-specific domain names and handles site design and maintenance. Project websites keep the public informed and provide for interactive feedback.
  
  
• Highway Advisory Radio - ESMpr, partnering with InFoGuys PBS, LLC, can provide low-wattage AM radio narrowcasting project information to specific areas.
  
  

A hands-on public notification process combined with local media saturation keeps the affected public informed. ESMpr maintains open feedback channels to respond and resolve issues. Our public relations team is able to immediately respond to the changing demands of even the most complex project.
